I'm a wife, mum, fulltime medical receptionist, full time nursing student who's determined to lose weight and keep it off this year. Not only that, but I want to get fit :-)
So to do this, I joined a gym. Go Health Club at Browns Plains. I got 3 personal training sessions to start me off. My goal was to look fantastic for my sisters wedding. Well her wedding was a few weeks ago - I looked ok but not fantastic.
2010 is a new year and its going to be my year.
Today I started a 10week challenge at the gym with my wonderful personal trainer Sammie.

30mins treadmill
15mins bike
30mins pt session with Sammie
I am going to do 2pt's a week and maybe 1 group pt session as well as my program which sammie is making for me tonight.
